The idea of BNI is sharing contacts, while having breakfast. Thanks to strict observance of the 20 points program, the meeting is very effective. If you are participating in the meeting in USA, Great Britain, Ireland, Austria, Sweden, Czech Republic, Canada, Australia or where ever else in the world, you will see that meeting are conducted, exactly according to the same program. Everyone is focused on enabling others to make business.

- Announcement of Referral Leaders – at the beginning of each month
- Exchanging of business cards
- Welcoming the new BNI members – introduction of new members
- Members introduce themselves with 60-seconds presentation
- Welcoming the BNI guests and introducing them by the members – guests introduce themselves with 30-second presentations
- Membership Coordinator report
- Membership Committee report
- Secretary Treasurer presents list of speakers to the next six weeks and introduces speaker of the week
- Speaker(s) make(s) 10-12 minutes presentation
- Transfer of referrals
- Secretary Treasurer report
- Ads and remainders
- Drawing reward for members, who invited most guests and gave most referrals
- Closing the meeting
- Giving instructions to new members
- Making initial instructions to guests
You don't have to worry about the next point of BNI meeting. The whole meeting is planned in order that every participant can get maximum of business contacts. Despite strict program and that everybody is focused on making mutual business, there is also time for less formal talks in friendly atmosphere. For most of the BNI members these meetings are a fantastic way to start a day.
The meeting starts at 7.00 a.m. with 15 minutes networking, then the breakfast is served. |
