TeamworkThe Company
BNI Polska is part of a community developed by The Company — alongside BNI it includes Corporate Connections and Think Tank, an entrepreneurship foundation. For the team this means a broader horizon: projects, events and knowledge reaching beyond a single brand.

Three teams, three different working rhythms — all close to business owners.
Support Team
Looks after Members and their Chapters — the local teams of business owners who exchange business referrals every week: from onboarding new Members to day-to-day help for Chapters all over Poland.
Marketing Team
Builds the BNI Polska brand — campaigns, content and events, as well as its own recording studio, where video materials are produced.
Sales Team
Grows the community: talks with business owners, invites Visitors to Chapter Meetings and helps Chapters grow.
National OfficeWhichever team you join, you work close to people who run their own companies — a daily, practical lesson in entrepreneurship.
